Please, remember to have your transcript sent AFTER this current semester to ensure current grades are on the transcript. Transcripts must be mailed and received by July 1, 2024, NO digital transcripts will be accepted. Steps to becoming a recipient of the LHM Dependent Child Scholarship

1STEP

Review the eligibility criteria and scholarship policy, found at the top of this page. If the criteria is met, create an account by clicking “Get Started” in the top right hand corner of this page.

2STEP

For new student applicants: Once the new account is created, login and begin the scholarship application process by clicking on “New Student Scholarship Application” at the top left-hand portion of this page. Follow the instructions and fill out all three sections of this application. A transcript is NOT required for first time applicants.

3STEP

For returning student applicants: Login and begin the scholarship application process by clicking “Returning Student Scholarship Application” at the top of this page. Follow the instructions and submit the application.

4STEP

Returning student applicants must submit an Official Transcript MAILED BY THE SCHOOL to our office NO LATER than July 1st, but not BEFORE the end of this current semester. The cumulative GPA for both Fall and Winter/Spring semesters must be on the transcript. The address is under the “CONTACT” section of this website at the top of this page.

5STEP

Once the scholarship application is processed by the LHM Education Foundation, a notification letter will be sent via USPS, no later than August 5th.

6STEP

Detailed instructions will then be sent via email and USPS on how to obtain tuition funding and book reimbursements. These instructions can also be found under the “PROCESS” section of this website at the top of the page.

PLEASE, be aware that most schools do not direct bill the LHM Education Foundation until two months or more into the semester. Your name will be on a sponsored student list to hold your classes until payment is received.
